«This place is amazing. The location is excellent--you can walk everywhere. The beach and food and bars are all a few steps away. The casita itself is beautiful and the pool and outdoor areas have an awesome view. We made friends with an iguana that kept walking back and forth! The host was amazingly helpful--he reached out to make sure everything was OK (it was). I will say though that the hill that is mentioned is no joke. «Very modern, minimalist space. Comfortable and well appointed, great layout for multiple travellers. Note that the whole space is open concept, meaning the walls do not extend to the ceiling, even in the washrooms. Further some of the amenities, as listed on Orbitz, require 24 hour notice: such as laundry. Property was immaculate and communications were excellent. Really appreciated this hidden gem in a quiet corner of the bustle of Sayulita. Thank you!!»

«Ted and Brenda are wonderful hosts and their home is everything you would hope for a family Getaway. They were happy to share their knowledge for transportation to and from the air port including a stop at the grocery store. All the best places to eat and where to get a wonderful massage. «We had another terrific time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable condo home in the Hacienda de Mita part of Punta Mita. Our concierge Max was so responsive and helpful and our housekeeper was terrific. We relaxed at the beach clubs, played a round of golf, dined at the 4 Seasons and restaurants in town, and took day trips to Sayulita and Bucerias. «We just had the most incredible week at Casa Corazon. It is a stunning property, the pool was amazing, the rooms all have incredible privacy and private bathrooms and outdoor showers, we got a private chef for a couple meals and it was DELICIOUS, the hosts were super communicative and amazing to work with. «I can not say enough great things about our stay at Casa Blanca. The view really is as good as the photographs. The location is the perfect distance from town to be quiet but still close enough to be so easy to access. The location also gets great air flow so even though there is no AC, the breeze and the fans make it very comfortable. The kitchen has a regular fridge and a separate one for cold drinks, very handy. They have beach chairs, an umbrella, outdoor chaises...the list goes on. ...

«The place is just as described. We had a wonderful time. Miriam, our concierge, was very helpful during our stay making Reservations, securing transportation for us etc. Claudia is a great cook. It was wonderful to wake up to a gourmet breakfast and come back to a wonderful après. The only activity I would not recommend is going to Sayulita. Avoid it. Stay in the resort or visit the town if Punta Mita. You will have a Wonderful time.»

«We stayed for 2 months at this property. The casa was as advertised…very well equipped. The property manager, Rene, was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Cleaning staff did a great job. It is however located on one of the busiest streets in Sayulita. Thankfully the traffic and noise subsided in the evening. The only downside were the free range chickens and roosters from next door. The roosters crowed on and off day and night which was really annoying.»
