«Beautifull House Not a long vacation but we were lucky to have stayed in Mr. Albertos Villa. The house is so beautiful and clean, big enough for a big family. The garden is lovely and the most worthwhile is the location, the house is close to the coast and great view. Varous Great Restaurants in walking distance; La Spezia and Porto Venere are places worth visiting and vacationing. Thanks again Alberto »

«Great location that was less than 10 min walk from La Spezia Central Station. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs. Air conditioning worked great and kitchen, bathrooms and washer were great (we did a few clothes washes and hung them over night and most were dry in morning). Nice outside patio with lemon trees. «The view of the ocean was stunning, the gardens were lush and peaceful and away from the crowds, but only a 8 min walk into town, we could cook and eat out easily. It also had parking!There is a winding staircase to the bedrooms but it was fine for us! Loved staying there and Luigi was a wonderful host!»

«The building is lovely with a fantastic outdoor balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The location is perfect. Very easy access from the train station a short walk to stores, restaurants, and other. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because the clothes washing machine was filthy and the tea pot was unusable. »

«The Hosts greeted us upon check in, were very nice and gave us a tour of the home. The property is beautiful, sits up on a hillside & is surrounded by trellis gardens. Home was spacious & easily accommodated our family of four (group of 6 would fit). Kitchen had all of the necessary utensils for us to cook a delightful dinner on our last night. The patio deck was excellent, with a nice outdoor sofa area for morning coffee, snacks & evening wine, as well as a dinner table for outdoor meals.  ...

«Unable to contact host easily. Did not receive pre instructions on how to access house. Drive to house is terrifying! Poor amenities, old blankets, no coffe pot, no house instruction, trash bags. Old blankets. Ants everywhere. Do not recommend»
