Moderne luksusvilla med privat basseng og fantastisk havutsikt

Luksuriøs og moderne villa som ligger i det mest prestisjefylte området Rhodos, Lindos. Denne bemerkelsesverdige residensen har åpen planløsning og uvurderlig utsikt over både åsene og kysten. Med 2 romslige soverom, et solfylt oppholdsrom, komplett underholdningssystem, et godt utstyrt kjøkken og privat svømmebasseng (4m x 8m) er bare noen av de fristende funksjonene vår eiendom har å tilby.

Villaen har mye eksternt oppholdsrom med utemøbler, bord og stoler og solsenger med høy kvalitet med bord. Ideelt for familier med et stort inngjerdet plenområde egnet for barnas spill. En barneseng og barnestol er tilgjengelig ved behov uten ekstra kostnad.

En tradisjonell BBQ fullfører den utendørs levende opplevelsen. Fasiliteter inkluderer også vaskemaskin, strykejern og brett samt alle de grunnleggende kjøkkenapparatene som mikrobølgeovn, kjøleskap med fryser, riktig ovn / grill / kokeplater etc.

Bredbånd og Wifi internett inkludert sammen med Internett-TV.

Stunning!!
We stayed at this property for a 2 week holiday and it was everything we were hoping for. No hustle and bustle trying to get sun bed space, kids can take them selves inside when they need a break from the heat. So much to visit on the island and lovely restaurants to eat at in Lindos and Pefkos. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay
Lovely villa, lovely location between Lindos and Pefkos. Clean and well presented with all facilities needed to make a homely, relaxing holiday. Only one criticism that the outdoor pool is not very private being overlooked by a small access road - but this is used by delivery people, other villa occupants. I’ve commented as I didn’t expect this to be the case. Beautiful villa central to local amenities, beaches and surrounding villages. Easily located from airport. It will not disappoint.

Perfect for our needs
Peter’s villa was exactly what we wanted from our stay. A comfortable, clean, well proportioned place with everything you need for a convenient stay. There was a hairdryer, washing machine, ironing equipment, coolbox/coolbag, iceblocks and a great multimedia setup too. The outside area was gorgeous and the pool so inviting. Plenty of seating areas outside and inside for us and also enough storage for our family. The location was exactly what we wanted, close enough to the action but just outside of the hectic nature of Lindos! A 30ish minute walk to the centre of Lindos with a bus stop at the bottom of the road for those not wanting to walk in the heat of summer (which we were in the July heatwave). Communication with Peter throughout was fantastic. Was a pleasure to stay. A fantastic villa which we would highly recommend. Thanks also to Paul who manages the property on behalf of Peter.

Perfect half term getaway

Relaxing holiday break
We had an amazing time at the villa. Stunning location with beautiful scenery. It’s located between Lindos and Pefkos in a peaceful and tranquil area. It was so nice to chill out and relax in the sun by the pool. Would definitely like to stay there again. Absolutely stunning !

Very enjoyable stay
The villa is very spacious with both indoor and outdoor dining area. The pool area is fantastic with a good size pool for swimming. The bedrooms are pleasant with balconies offering sea views. Bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Location is up a hill which can be challenging if you are not very good on your feet but taxis will come up and pick you up if requested. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely holiday
Our family had the most fantastic time staying here and will definitely be going back. The villa has everything you need, great location between Lindos and Pefkos. We spent most days by the pool or Pefkos Beach. Had a couple of day trips out, one to the water park and the other to Prasonisi. Would definitely recommend car hire for supermarket trips or to get to the beach. We did walk on our first day to Lindos for evening meal but it was so hot so we got taxis most days 10 Euros each way. During cooler months easier to walk but not in 40 degree heat! We ate and drank in so many lovely bars and restaurants in Lindos and Pefkos a lot were recommendations from friends who come here every year. Also must mention the bakery in Pefkos - the bread, croissants, baklava Pete the owner was very helpful before we went and Paul very helpful during our stay and some great chats with him. The bbq area is great and there are good shaded areas with parasols. Can't wait to go back :) Thanks Julie Jon and family

Amazing family break in Lindos
The villa was perfect just as advertised. Peter instructions and reply’s to questions where very prompt and clear. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have a car put found the bus and taxis easy to use. The online shop is also available after you arrive and we did have free same day deliveries. We look forward to staying again when revisiting the area.

A Real Gem
Just back from a week’s stay at this fantastic villa. Modern, spotlessly clean, full of amenities and perfect location between Lindos and Pefkas ensuring easy access via taxi to both locations for beaches, restaurants, bars etc. Outside pool area offers privacy, gorgeous views, peace and quiet and the right mix of sun and shade areas. Special mention to both Pete (owner) for faultless booking and assistance pre-arrival and Paul (maintenance) for his help and local advice after arriving. Cannot recommend highly enough and cannot wait to return!

5 Star Perfection
Stayed for 10 nights and we loved the Villa, Location, Lindos and Rhodes! Villa is extremely well appointed and the BBQ area and pool fantastic, so much so we are seriously thinking of Booking again for next year. The check in process contactless, Villa spotless clean and the local Maintenance Team really friendly and helpful as is Pete the Owner who gave some great hints and tips, also provided an excellent Villa Guide. Perfect villa & location
A very clean and well fitted out villa in a great location. The owner Pete was always on hand to field any queries by text, phone or email. The Pool & Maintenance man Paul was very friendly and knowledgable, having spent 14 seasons in Pefkos, and he was located over the road from this small and impressive complex of villas, situated above Navarone Bay. I cannot fault the accommodation during our quite wonderful 2 week holiday and look forward to returning soon.

Fabulous Villa.
Communication with Pete was excellent. The villa was amazing, larger pool than pictures give credit. A new pergola and seating area next to the BBQ is a brilliant addition. Comfy beds and superbly equipped inside and out with fantastic sea view over Navarone bay from balcony. Lindos is approx 1 mile away (20 min walk) and Pefkos just a little further offering great choice of beaches and restaurants. Can’t wait to return.

Lovely villa; well equipped and very cleanly presented. Good location; main Lindos area is walkable though also good taxi services and local buses - good for getting back post dinner!! Amazing villa
The villa and location are perfect, with lindos and pefkos just a 5 minute drive away (lindos is walkable) both towns are totally different but both well worth a look, pefkos more for food and drinks lindos more for the romance! Visit Glystra beach, it's amazing and only a 10 minute drive. Pete the owner was brilliant to deal with and paul was very helpful once on the island. I would recommend this villa 100%

Perfect holiday getaway!
As a family of four with a 10 and 8 year old I can't fault the villa at all. The pool area was perfect for the children to play and for us adults to sit by and relax and the villa was fully equipped with everything we could possibly want which made it home from home. Due to our late arrival we had ordered an online shop with all of the essentials which was kindly put away by Sue & Paul ready for when we arrived which was excellent. The walk into Lindos is about a 25 minute stroll but having the children I'm pleased we chose to hire a car for the duration. The perfect holiday treat... thank you for a fantastic week, we'll definitely be back again!

Great Villa
We have just spent 11 days at this great Villa situated between Pefkos and Lindos. We did not have a car so relied on the local bus service bans taxis. This was fine for us as we wanted to chill out most of the time and go out for meals in the evenings. The villa had everything we needed. Would highly recommend and we shall return. I would like to thank Pete the owner for his prompt answer to all our questions and also Paul and Sue, property management, who are great people who looked after us while we there and there. Just had a week in Peter's Villa, and can honestly say it is without doubt the best Villa we have stayed in Lindos, and we've been coming here for 28 years!! It exceeded our expectations by a country mile, everything was spotless inside and out, spacious, pool was amazing, BBQ area was a fantastic feature, and got plenty of use!! The whole Villa layout from top to bottom was user friendly, and another big plus was the washing machine, don't load yourself up with loads of clothes, no need!! Washed in 15min, on the rack and dried in the sun in 20, spot on. Also,an iron that worked!! Really cannot recommend highly enough, Paul, the maintenance guy, was extremely helpful, had an extensive knowledge of local amenities, and is a truly nice guy, Whole experience was phenomenal, will deffo be looking to re book once we sort out next year's date, Peter, your Villa is a real Gem👍👍

Excellent villa in a fab location!
Excellent villa, had everything that we needed. Little extras like travel plugs, towel clips, book selection are a nice touch. There are lots of nice seating areas outside. It was very peaceful sitting outside. The villa is nice and cool with air conditioning up and downstairs Sue and Paul are a great couple that looked after the villa during our stay, they were very helpful, quick to answer any questions we had and gave us some great recommendations. Fab location, in between Lindos and Pefkos, only a 5 minute taxi to either village. We didn’t hire a car, you don’t need one. Bus stop just outside, great air conditioned bus service. Online food shopping from ABC is an excellent service - delivered to the villa before arrival and/or during your stay. We had a great time and we would stay here again if we came back to Rhodes!

A lovely week of relaxation
We have just returned from a fab week in this lovely villa. It was spotless and had our ABC online grocery shop already put away for us after a late arrival thanks to Paul who maintains the property for the owners. The property is located in a quiet development but within walking distance to Lindos (25 mins max) so we didn’t feel the need to hire a car. The bus stop is 5 mins walk from the villa and they run very regularly (€1.80 to Lindos/Pefkos) and most evenings we got a taxi back for around €8 after dinner at some great restaurants. We spent most days lazing around the pool as it was so peaceful but on one occasion walked to St Paul’s bay which was beautiful with crystal clear water and a fabulous restaurant where we had a long lunch admiring the views. The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and we would recommend it to anyone who loves this area of Rhodes.

Wonderful Villa in a Great Location
We had a fabulous stay at the Villa. The location was excellent being halfway between Lindos and Pefkos, so you have amenities on your doorstep but the advantage of peace and quiet when you want it. The house was extremely well equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay. There was great communication with the owners beforehand who answered all of my questions, and once on Rhodes we had help if we needed it from the house keepers who really could not have been more helpful! They gave us some great tips about where to go and when, so it is definitely worth having a chat with them. We are keen walkers and explorers and were curious whether we could get by without hiring a car, and the answer is a definite yes. For-like minded folk, there is a good bus service down the east (and west) side of the island which is reasonably priced and runs fairly often plus there is a stop just past the bottom of the driveway. Lindos is a very easy 20 - 25 minute walk along a safe footpath and well worth a few visits at different times of the day. Lindos does get busy, but it is surprising how easy it is to quickly loose the crowds down some lovely little side street. All in all, we had a very good holiday and would happily return.
