«Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again.»

«Cabañas el Jardín is an absolute gem! The place was clean and comfortable. The owner, Claudia, is an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and understanding. The communication was outstanding!! My dad felt very safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend Cabanas el Jardin if you are going to Valdivia. My dad fell at home and the daily breakfast was delicious !! »

«The river view from the hotel is gorgeous. The room was really clean and housekeepers were friendly and alert to guests needs. The side of the hotel I was in it’s a bit old. Carpets are old but not a stain on them. Breakfast is included and parking is free. »

«It's run by a crook He's not below scamming clients. I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. «The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. »
