«The hotel is beautifully located by the water. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Large common areas. The breakfast is very good, a great selection of food and omelets to order as well. I do wish though, that in this area where early start of excursions are common, that they could offer a simple breakfast to go. Instead they try to sell you a box lunch. Our first room was on the second floor and had only a very small part of the window to open, so the room was a little stuffy. ...

«When staying in this area, you have to manage expectations. The Villa Serrano area exists to host travelers closer to Torres del Paine than Puerto Natales, cutting off an hour of travel each way into the park. Hotel del Paine has basic rooms—small, not much room to store close or equipment (no drawers, hooks, shelf space, etc—but the bed was really comfy, the room is warm, the bathroom very clean. No wifi in the rooms, but it screams in the lodge. Good meals, outstanding views of Cuernos. ...

«The property was not very well maintained. The shower was wonky, and repairs were being done poorly. We had a long day of traveling and were happy to be there. Pluses...The bed was comfortable and clean, and their breakfast was very nice. Freshly baked breads! Good Coffee! »

«I was really disappointed to see our bill of almost 400 dollars for 2 dinner for 3 people. The hotel charged us in dollars and the prices. 55 dollars per person . 5 dollars for a bottle of water.. The service was amazing but definitely not a fair price and mostly because ww didn’t get a print menu»
