«The property was fine for our purpose. We were mostly gone all day exploring the numerous waterfalls and State Parks. Inside was neat and tidy. Outside needs attention. Owner communicated extremely well and graciously showed us his wine making process at his vineyard.»

«Pet friendly weekend get away. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard. This cottage was perfect. It was close to restauraunts, wineries, and breweries. Some hiking trails within 30 minutes that our dog loved as well. Such as the Finger Lakes National Forest. It had all items for cooking a meal at home too. Cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. »

«The cottage was clean, well stocked. the views were fantastic. The only issue we had no one cleaned the walk and I slipped and almost fell on the ice. My husband tried to chip the ice with his shoes, there was no shovel on ice melt to use. Otherwise the cottage is a wonderful place to stay.»

«We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was clean and had everything you needed. The cottage is small, but we spent most of our time outside. The view was stunning and the doc was a great place to see the lake and look at the starts. This location is great to be able to explore around Seneca and Keuka lakes. »

«Had such a wonderful time staying at this unique property. Everything was exactly as described online and Ken was easy to work and coordinate with. Very cozy and comfortable. Especially appreciated that everything was set and ready for us to have a fire in the fire ring - s’mores included! Would love to return again sometime.»
