«This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. «This was right on the lake with a dock. There is a wonderful, comfy porch overlooking the pretty lake where you can read and relax! Fishing is a must!! Good and fun. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation as advertised. There is a campfire setup which was a nice way to wind down. The caretakers and the owner were responsive and very nice people!! We boated Black Lake and the St. Lawrence. Thousand Island was half an hour from there-spent time in Alexandria Bay!! ...
