«I honestly was looking so forward to getting away. She makes it sound so amazing in the overview. While the cabin is pretty much as pictured, the pond and property are not. There is goose poop everywhere the grass is overgrown. I should have known when i got an email the day of telling me now i have to bring my own propane tank.i asked her if it was completely secluded quickly after booking. «Peter was a wonderful host. Checked in periodically if he saw us out and about, but otherwise things were private. It was a great place to visit and have our family Christmas with our daughter who teaches at the college, our son who flew in from Florida, our granddaughter From the Hudson Valley And a short drive from Pennsylvania, where we live. We appreciate having the kitchen and large dining area as well as large living room. The space was very convenient. This may become an annual tradition.»

«This is a beautiful peaceful cabin in the woods. My husband is from this area and we came up for his dear mom's funeral. We have a sweet dog so we needed somewhere that would allow for our fur-family. This was a comforting calming place to hang our hats and leash. Thank you to the owners. »

«We enjoyed our stay in many ways. The quiet setting with nature was relaxing. The camp site downstream allowed us to hike back to their falls. That was more accommodating for a couple in their 70's than adventuring down the spiral steps at the cabin. Improvements - replace the sofa with recliners that work. The left recliner is broken and was wired fast to keep it from reclining. My wife has some allergies and was bothered with itchy eyes. Not sure why.»

«This tiny home is as described and is quite comfortable. Gwen is lovely and very helpful with great info on local restaurants and events and even provided kettle corn! There were only 3 small downfalls: 1) it's a bit cramped for 6 people 2) it's rather expensive for the size 3) watch out for the fan getting up and down from the loft!»
