«The Koi is a decent hotel to stay. Staff are friendly, and the pool area is beautiful. We were there for 5 nights and our room was never replenished for coffee, water, or soap. The mugs in the room were only rinsed and put back. The hotel is waterfront, but there is a barrier and it is not accessible. They do have a shuttle to another beach, but since we had a car we just drove around ourselves. There is not much within walking distance. »

«Royal St.Kitts is a reasonably good hotel given the price and location. The staff had quite some variation when it came to servicemindedness and smiles, but St.Kitts is not known for smiles. So that was "on par", we can say. A limited range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity is a small minus, but the hotel rooms and pool area met our expectations.»

«At first arrival we thought it was a little “rough”, but after seeing other places we could have stayed, this was a great place for the price. Best part was it was within walking distance of many restaurants, the Marriott resort and the “strip” (Caribbean beach with restaurants)… we will stay there again for the value.»

«Published as a resort but no resort feeling. When I arrived I was told that the resort was under renovation and on low capacity - which was not mentioned in the hotel profile. As the remote location on the North shore and I didn’t have a car I didn’t have any other options. This meant a “resort” with: - restaurant was closed - pool was dirty - spa/bubble pool was not functioning - gym was closed - there was no staff in the evening Other hiccups for my stay - tv didn’t work - the bathroom ...

«The resort is in an amazing location in a mountain area. The staff is awesome, the chefs are Michelin star quality. Full gym, great pool area, great hiking, you will see plenty of wildlife. The rooms are awesome, like living with outdoors feeling. Definitely get a pool room, it’s the best. They are in the process of reconditioning many cottages and common amenities, but you can see good progress. «Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. »

«Rooms were basic but very clean suited us just fine. The bed was horribly hard and uncomfortable; we have stayed at many Caribbean hotels and know not to expect super comfy beds but this one I think was hardest and most uncomfortable. Staff were very sweet and accommodating. The private beach area was very nice with use of chairs and umbrella. Nice location near the strip for many food options!»

«The property was falsely advertised. There were other perrsons living in the home and the place was not prepared to recieved my husband and i. We were given no instructions or information by the ower and felt out of place and uncomfortable.»
