«St. Martin is expensive even by norwegian standards, and Alamanda is also. Location is pretty good, a hundred meters from one of the best beaches in Caribbiean, and plenty of restaurants around. «The Property has a great terrace, pool and air conditioner. However, as we needed help, because we had no electricity 2 times and no water once, we couldn't reach anybody on both phone numbers we got! No one answered the other contact possibility we had: email! Expedia itself had also no possibility to contact anybody! And there is no reception or so. Crazy “rules” for beach chairs- included in your stay, but if you don’t reserve, you will likely be told there is no where for you to sit. Also seem to have favorites that are catered to.
