«I booked Kurunduketiya as a birthday present for my partners 30th and some nice accommodation to finish our holiday at. However due to poor administrational errors, the resort didn’t have the correct details of our booking which we had paid for in full. It wasn’t until I reached out with questions about the booking 5 days prior that they contacted me to tell me that they had double booked and that we had to cut our stay short one night. «When we got to the hotel they 1st said they didn't do hotel's. Com so i was about to cancel my credit card as i thought i had been scammed had i done so it would have been very inconvenient. After 20 minutes of panicking the manager came over and said we did have a booking. If i had not paid upfront i would have walked out NOT HAPPY 😡»

«Its a property about 7 km away from town. Its a beautifully built property . As i understand it has 6 rooms, and a pool table in the loft. Great staff. There is no lift but its not an issue. There are small things they need to see to. Like salt and pepper shakers ( rather than sticking your fingers into the salt/pepper jar. ) there are no tissues in the room/bathroom. No hand washers - but lovely towels. The scenery from the small restaurant is amazing. This is place i may stay at again»

«The opportunity to stay in a villa surrounded by tea fields was too hard to miss out on. We arrived from Badula on the train and were welcomed by the staff at the house.
