«Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and helpful, my room was upgraded which was nice but it was missing little odds and ends (a curtain was missing and little stuff like the soap boxes were empty) I only had a one night stay so I wasn't very concerned but knowing with past stays at this hotel they would've made it right if requested Only real recommendation to get hotel to a 5 star review is the little things (like add the curtain back, the bedroom tv gets slightly obstructed by the curtains, ...
