«This is one of two units in Naz's building. We stayed in the other one first and then moved to this one for the duration of our stay. They are on the second floor of a building located in the center of Orange Walk Town, across from the central park. Great for people watching with a front deck and a screened-in rear deck. We didn't need the bedroom air conditioning as the windows on the south side are louvers with screens. We weren't bothered by any biting insects and even the few flies ...

«Great beach area and nice pool. Cabana was in pretty good shape but needed a little work. Microwave was dead. Restaurant service was slow, but food was decent. Food prices were reasonable, but major shock when we were billed $25 BZD each for a glass of fresh juice (was not on the menu) - more than our breakfast.»

«We loved staying at this property. Comfortable beds, and the villa was immaculate. Our kids loved having the outdoor shower(s) and private pool. If other people were staying on the property, we didn't see them. We did not rent a 4wheel drive vehicle, which is highly recommended. The road leading to the villa was VERY steep. We were fine, but if it had rained during our stay we might have a different opinion on that choice!»

«House was amazing! Impeccably clean and very secure. Loved the bedroom set up and the rooftop deck looking out on park. Great dining options close. My only complaint was the barking dogs all night and that is something out of owners control. Would highly recommend - just bring earplugs 😉»

«Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. Property was well positioned for visiting San Ignacio and Santa Elena. Property has similar name as another in area so can be confusing to locate if you're not paying attention but I don't fault the host for that.Lockbox was tricky to open for accessing keys but again a very trivial thing.Overall we were very happy with our stay.»

«We were there for just one night to be close to the airport. Mr. Moss was an exceptional host. He helped us find fantastic food for dinner and breakfast. We are looking forward staying there again. »

«Perfect home away from home to explore San Ignacio. Located in a great little neighborhood surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and sounds. We had a wonderful stay at Terry’s place. Terry was kind, helpful and attentive. The pool was a definite asset after hot days exploring. Laundry facilities were much appreciated. Short walk to grocery store, town, restaurants etc. Very convenient to have Cayo Expeditions pick us up right at the house for tours. We loved our stay here! »

«The Treehouse was perfect for the last part of our Belize holiday. Tito, the caretaker was on site when we arrived. He was extremely helpful & communication was prompt. We liked how it is centrally located, so we could enjoy the many activities in and around San Ignacio. Loved hearing all the sounds of the jungle in the mornings and cooling off in the pool late in the day. A rare find for a truly different lodging experience; we would recommend The Treehouse. »

«Not fancy but had everything that we needed, lovely property with a nice salt water pool and a little bar/snack shack. Could place breakfast order the night before for the time you wanted to eat. Great location as it was not far to San Ignacio, Rio on Pools and the ATM cave tour.»

«Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property; everything was very clean - the kitchen, bathrooms, linens, pool. Excellent views of surrounding jungle and great location to explore Mayan ruins and do some cave tubing that wasn’t terribly close, but not a bad drive. It seems like a bit of a stretch to say so many things are within walking distance of this property, as the property sits at the very top of a long steep road. I love to walk, but not once did I venture to walk up that road. Check in ...

«Property was in excellent condition and very clean. Front room has no A/C but if both bedroom doors were open and the fans were turned on, it cooled down nicely. We only used the A/C when we were there during the day and we were fine. The furnishings were fine too. Neighbor hood was typical Belize with both nice and run down houses. We enjoyed our stay and there were plenty of places to eat and things to do. Everywhere we ate was very good. If you visit Belize don’t expect 5 star ...

«Our familt of 4 had an excellent stay with Rose, Rod and family. Very personable hosts and Rose's cooking in amazing. The Cabin was very comfortable and was equipt with everything we needed and if we didn't we just had to ask. We'll definitely be back! »

«Our family had a great time during our spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for our day trips to the ATM cave, Mayan ruins in Belize, and visiting Tikal. The host was great and met us on arrival and was there for check out. You should also consider arranging for the arrival dinner. It was really good and made for a relaxing first night.the gardens were beautiful, well maintained and the kids loved the pool.»
