"Nydelige rom med havutsikt. Fantastisk frokost! Bassengene var fine men veldig kalde når vi var der i midten av februar. Flott område med aktiviteter."

"Staff is service minded and helpful. We have the ocean view suite and the room was amazing with outstanding view. A lot of Chinese and Russians staying here, so breakfast buffet was accommodating for them. "

"It was a good hotel to stay in and rooms were in general nice, but it lacks just a bit of the extra service and quality wise to be a 5 star hotel if you ask me. The doors was also making some noise a few places around the hotel and the pool ladders as well. As I mentioned the staff was generally good with service but in some places and especially the rooftop they were sometimes not visible always to attend service. I also noticed that some of the staff did not speak basic English and therefore it was quite difficult to communicate sometimes."

"Hei Dårlig renhold, måtte vaske rommet om igjen. Ba om ekstra seng, fikk ikke ekstra seng. De sa det var tomt på hele hotellet. Ba om ekstra håndkle fikk håndkle med maur på… "

"Merket de ansatte var lei alle de forskjellige turistene der, vennligheten og servicen er ikke som andre steder i Vietnam. Søppel i felles området stod fremme i over 24 timer og da var det enda ikke ryddet vekk. Fikk håndklær i stede for kluter. Møkette sengetøy lå igjen på rommet. Mat som ble bestilt til rommet lå på rommet hele oppholdet (de ansatte fjernet det ikke). Vi kommer ikke tilbake"

"Great hotel! Excellent breakfast and nice that the gym is open 24/7. Good service. A bit negative that there is no roofbar/roof top that is accessiable unnless you pay extra (I was quoted $60 USD extra pr person pr night to access the roof lounge/area/restaurants) or are a member. Also when we ordered room service or asked concierge for help it took quite a long time for them to come to the room. One example, We ordred food one time and they forgot the truffle sauce, and didnt come with it after 10 minutes and by then the food was cold. Other then this, this is a 5 star hotel."
