«Reminiscent of places we stayed on family vacations in my youth. 🙂 We were given our choice of two rooms. Both were spacious and clean. Our choice came down to the bedspread pattern. 😉 Not a fancy property but all that we needed was provided. Check in was quick and courteous. Would definitely recommend. »

«The property is a 1842 inn. The welcoming lobby with a fireplace and bar (no service) set up is a great place to sit so you are not locked in the room, especially in the cold weather. We had the inn to ourselves as it was off season. (Two colleagues attending a conference in a closeby town) I am sure it is lovely in the summer with several places to sit and enjoy the outside as well as a short walk to the beautiful shore of Lake Huron! «The unit is small but comfortable and basically had everything that I required provided for my two night stay. Any questions that I had were answered quickly and acturately. I never did see the owner and because of the way the unit rental is set up I didn't need to meet with anyone. The entry stairs are a killer and after carrying a suitcase from the rear parking lot to the front door and having to scale those steps this old guy was ready for a rest!!
