«Great property located close to the Fairfax SD hall where our wedding reception was held. Perfect for our needs during the hectic weekend. The bride & bridesmaids did their hair & makeup there & it was close enough to reception hall you could stumble home on foot if needed. The host also let us park a small camper in the drive & had Electrical hookup available. I would definitely recommend if you're having an event at the Fairfax Hall.»

«We picked this dog-friendly location as a halfway point between my family in Colorado and my brother’s in Minnesota. It worked perfectly for our time together and the house and location were beautiful! Christmas decorations were a nice bonus. Had everything we needed. Only thing we wished was available was a bathroom in the basement bedroom. Not a deal breaker, but a bit of a trek in the middle of the night. ;-) We all agreed we’d definitely book again to get the families together. »

«The house was very clean and orderly, and had all the amenities that we could’ve wanted! Tasha was a great host and made sure that we had everything we needed. I look forward to taking my family back to stay there again, and next time we’re bringing friends/more family. Don’t be fooled by the exterior, this house is ROOMY! It is way bigger than expected looking at it from outside or in photos. Highly recommend!»

«Perfect base camp for our South Dakota adventures. Located in a convenient area for us to access the country we needed. Simple rooms with everything we needed to stay a week. Easy checkin and checkout! Convenience store within walking range plus the TeePee cafe for breakfast or lunch just across the parking area. Look forward to next year!»

«Sheets were fantastic. House needs a little work. The heat was good, hot water was good, coffee pot worked fine. The living room rug is bad, needs to be tossed. The on duty manger was very helpful with the lock. Would probably stay again if needed.»
