«I had to check out after half an hour of check in, room is filthy, bathroom has mildew and when you flash the toilet big leak on the bottom. Windows behind the curtain were so dusty. When I walk in the room so there’s a mold smell and also musty and sticky. The door Matt was also looking dirty, I am not sure if it’s white color or yellowish because dirty. I would never recommend this hotel it is uncenetarry. »

«I recently stayed at this hotel and gave it a 3/5 rating. The room itself was great—spacious, comfortable, and AC was great—but unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. There were some areas that clearly needed attention, like cobwebs and dust. The sliding door to the balcony could not be opened unless you pry it open, and if you do indeed open it, it will take you a couple of minutes to close it back again. «The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available. The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. «We had a great stay at Boulder Bay Residences. The place is clean and smells good. They always have chill music. They offer daily shuttle to/from the Basco Town Proper. The staff are nice, friendly, and accommodating. I love that the place is very near the Valugan Boulder Beach where we were able to catch the sunrise every morning. «My stay at this hotel was very welcoming and comfortable and safe. The staff are exceptional and friendly Clarizel was a wonderful hostess and even after an unforeseeable power outage the staff went above and beyond to make sure i was not only comfortable and kept the power on running their generators. I will stay here again when i return to Tuguegarao and recommend them to my friends and family.🙌☺️»
