«Hotel staff was really friendly and responsive. Hotel is not really modern, but is fine for a short stay. It was clean. Breakfast is very basic but good. Hotel is NOT located in the main Island, consider the costs of water taxi to move around: 1 usd during the day and 2usd during the night per person. We were a group of 7 and that was an increase in unexpected costs. »

«We are so happy we stayed at Akwaba Lodge. The grounds are well maintained and we had opportunity to walk around and explore. We loved and appreciated the home made meals, breakfast to get us going with fresh homemade bread and jams. Then dinners, with a couple options to choose from, were delicious. We felt like we were part of the family dining there. The room had all we needed and was cleaned daily. We enjoyed some time just sitting at the table outside our room or relaxing in the hammocks. ...

«We loved our immersion in nature, wellness, and excellent food and service! Gorgeous and comfortable open-air accomodations in the middle of the jungle. Our family of 3 stayed for 5 nights in the Queen Rainforest treehouse. It was a bit of a hike to get to our room (fine for us, but noting for other travelers who may have limited mobility), but WOW, what a view and cool experience.
