«This was my 3rd visit to this hotel. Great location and good quality rooms pool and gym as usual. What keeps setting this hotel apart is the professionalism of the staff, who are extremely helpful, friendly and authentic. A big plus is also the inhouse regular restaurant and the Chinese restaurant. Top quality dishes again served by wonderful staff. Always a true pleasure to stay here. This, and thw good value make this hotel my #1 choice when visiting Bandung.»

«Great property, great staff. Very clean. Surrounding area needs work. Lot of traffic and pedestrian pathways suddenly end resulting in walking within the street. While most of the driver's in indonesia are good. It makes you feel unsafe. Most of the indonesia people seem nice . I haven't had any issue with others while walking around. However, I am an American Male, and in comparison to the typical Indonesian, I am observably larger. Which may factor into my safety.»

«Beautiful and pleasant hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodative. In-room dining was also a good experience, with tasty and affordable food. Only the aircond circulation was a bit warm and insufficient to be felt from on the bed. And shower cubicle smelled a bit odd but bearable.»

«If you want to relax I don’t recommend this place. The walls is not very good isolated and there is no quiet zone inn the hall. It wasn’t just a little noisy, but I got woken up several times of slamming doors, children running and screaming. And they also start vacuum the hallway pretty early to. And it’s not like a normal vacuum. It’s sounds like a industrial vacuum.
