Unfortunately we were never able to get to Smith beach, but it would be somewhat difficult to walk there and a little pricy to park, so probably good to drive and go early in the day if that is a choice to visit. «The room was clean and we had a nice balcony the bathroom is clean but small but the water pressure was good and the water was hot a/c worked great and the bed was very comfortable I did read some reviews that said it wasn’t nice but I disagree with those reviews because we stayed for nine days and had a great time and I must say the rum punch at check in was very tasty and not weak»

We think you really need to rent a car to stay here; taking cabs would (probably - we didn't do it!) be so onerous and limiting. Our room was great and just like the pictures. «This villa resort is in the luxury class of properties. It consists of six luxury villas which all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of the British Virgin islands. These units sit on top of a mountain called Picture Point. The property is well maintained and each unit comes with all the amenities that you would need, including a washer and dryer. «We were very impressed with Crystal Shores! The owner and property managers were very communicative, the location was great (about 15 min or a 12 shuttle ride to Cruz Bay) and the house and villa were very clean. Great view of the bay, and the pool area was fun to hang out at. We had 19 people there so utilized the house and villa. Would absolutely stay again with a group that large. Thanks for a wonderful trip!»
