This is a solid value if you are there to enjoy each day on the beach or at the pool (beautiful pool). No night life but cute restaurants and privileges at sister resort next that has a night club. Spa is beautiful too! Will go back here in a heartbeat!»

«Péssimo! Corram! Ar-condicionado não funcionava. Disseram que não tinham como trocar o quarto porque o hotel estava lotado. Dormimos numa sauna. Lá pela msdrugada, após muita insistência, cederam um quarto sujo e com duas camas de solteiro. »

«Great property but check in an out was not good. Check in lobby had loud music and couldn’t hear anything. They were only interested in selling us a membership. Place is huge and no briefing on the trolley system which would have helped greatly. Was not told that we needed a ticket to check out and give the bellman before they would let you leave. Almost didn’t make our transport to the airport because we had to wait in line for this ticket. Also would not let in one of our excursion ...

«Difficult time checking in, did not receive a lot of the VIP amenities, except a room upgrade after Ryan insisted on it. All the restaurants had average food at average food. The buffet was probably the best. The facility, the pools and the people and staff were friendly and nice Transportation and out of the resort was difficult»

«This is the second time we stay in this hotel. We love it , we travel with our son less than 2 years old. I would say I love everything except some minors issues with the food , sometimes it is cold, and comparing to other hotels in PC does not have many options in terms of legumes .. we love beans specially for our son. But for sure we will be back soon. »
