«They cancelled our booking without letting us know before the day of arriving. When we arrived they did not take card so told us to take out money in cash, we went to the nearest ATM and when we came back they told us that our booking was cancelled and they did not have room for us.»

«Fantastic location in the heart of the city with good connections. Closest subway station requires a little bit of walking but is not too far, a lot of popular areas are within walking distance and there's plenty of bars and food options around! Staff is very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend for a solo traveller!»

«Really great location in Singapore and a steal for the price. Beds really comfy. Having a bit more space for sorting out your stuff would be great but I think that's just the nature of the type of hotel. Very easy to find and get to, fantastic bathroom facilities and communal area for coffee and water. Great views from the balcony too»

«Too little to offer for a price like that. The mattress was been worn a year or two to long, bathroom okay for a hostel to be. “Lounge” area as I was told was a long table underneath the window with some bar stools to sit on. They did offer breakfast which was nice, very simple but still a nice gesture. 3/5»

«The hostel's facilities was good. Clean, private with the curtains and the wifi worked pretty well. The neigbourhood is not the most interesting, but it is close to lavender train station so it works out (since this is the green line you can take it too/from the airport). The negative side for me was the clientele, they did not take other people into consideration and did not seem intererested in getting to know other people. «Saw roaches crawling on my bed the first hour I was there. I didn’t sleep in my bed the first night. Requested a sheet & pillow change and she did. Kept my lights on 24/7 & sprayed bug spray on my bed to prevent anything else from crawling on there. »

«MRTラッフルズプレイスのA出口から徒歩3分。金融街にあるので治安はいいですね。JPモルガンのシンガポール支店が入っている、キャピタルスプリング高層ビルの中にあるホテルです。入り口がとても分かりにくいのですが、1FにあるJPモルガンの受付を出た外のホテル受付直結エレベーターに乗ると、9Fの受付に行けますロビースタッフさんは感じ良く、テキパキしてました。部屋にはミネラルウォーターはないので駅のコンビニで買う事をお勧めします。»
