«Leider entspricht die Unterkunft nicht dem online Inserat. Die Klimaanlage ist schimmel,ick und verdreckt der Pool sehr unsauber und die ganze Unterkunft sehr ungepflegt. Insbesondere die Matratzen uralt mit Gerüchen, die Kindermatratze und auch die Kopfkissen hatten diverse große Flecken und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war äußerst unbefriedigend, wir warten immer noch darauf, dass wir einen Tag zurück erstattet bekommen, da uns nachbezahlen der Unterkunft gesagt wurde. «The location is fantastic! About 100m to the beach and a lovely walk to many fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The villa itself is very dated and in desperate need of modernising and a renovation. The photos on the site are misleading and look like they were taken over 10 years ago. The villa does have potential to be fantastic but just needs a bit of TLC!»

«Just 2 comments for the Villa, 1. The air con in the ground floor master bedroom doesn’t work properly, it appears to be very old. 2. The sinks in the kitchen don’t drain particularly well. However other than this we had a wonderful time, will go back and would recommend to others. »

«A great location on the edge of the town of Port de Pollença, with an impressive back drop of the mountains which rise up just behind the house. We walked to the seafront in 20 minutes. Stunningly beautiful mature gardens. The best and biggest pool we’ve ever had in a holiday rental. An excellent built in charcoal bbq. Loads of options to sit outside in shade or sun.
