By only a 10 - 15 min nice walk along the beachside your are in the Central part of Port the Pollença with a variety of dining options. The pictures of the property does not lye about the size of the swimming pool. The house is well equipped and has air conditioners in all sleeping rooms.»

«Just 2 comments for the Villa, 1. The air con in the ground floor master bedroom doesn’t work properly, it appears to be very old. 2. The sinks in the kitchen don’t drain particularly well. However other than this we had a wonderful time, will go back and would recommend to others. »

«Can Lloren was really great although the villa felt much smaller than the impression we had from the photos on the website . In saying that it was perfectly formed and adequate for our needs. A better equipment kitchen would be good but everything was clean and the owner was very helpful. Would recommend.»

«The location is fantastic! About 100m to the beach and a lovely walk to many fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. The villa itself is very dated and in desperate need of modernising and a renovation. The photos on the site are misleading and look like they were taken over 10 years ago. The villa does have potential to be fantastic but just needs a bit of TLC!»

«A great location on the edge of the town of Port de Pollença, with an impressive back drop of the mountains which rise up just behind the house. We walked to the seafront in 20 minutes. Stunningly beautiful mature gardens. The best and biggest pool we’ve ever had in a holiday rental. An excellent built in charcoal bbq. Loads of options to sit outside in shade or sun. «Loved our stay here. Very peaceful. Best of everything. Mountain views, lovely pool, close to safe, clean beach and close to Pollensa old town and Alcudia - which are both beautiful. Recommend the Pollensa market on Sundays and the Pollensa steps, sunset kayaking, dinner in Alcudia and a trip up into the Mountains (Lluc monastery is a good distance). Villa was beautiful. A very relaxing week. Communication with Pablo was super easy. Pack mosquito spray!!»

«Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.»

Die Kommunikation vorher war sehr schleppend und ich musste oft Emails schreiben, um irgendwelche Infos zu erhalten. Die Kaution kam zeitig zurück, aber auch nur weil ich mich gemeldet habe.»

«Vi hadde Apartamentos Habitat som bosted for å ha ferie med sykling i området, spesielt opp i Tramuntana-fjellene. Leiligheten var veldig grei, og hadde et rom på baksiden der vi hadde syklene og vi kunne vaske klær (med hånd). Flott opphold, men det trådløse nettet var om kveldene veldig tregt.»
