Our oceanfront villa is a haven of luxury and tranquility, designed to offer you an unparalleled vacation experience. With our signature Nordic Spa (sauna with cold plunge) and fitness center for wellness, breathtaking ocean views, and proximity to pristine beaches, Alta Bella ("High Beauty") promises an unforgettable retreat.

The main house features 4 bedrooms with 6 beds (1 King, 4 Queens, and one convertible sleeper chair), comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults and 1 child. We also offer two beautiful guest casitas to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay. The Pool Casita can host 2 guests (King), and the Ocean Casita can host up to 4 guests (2 adults + 2 children w/King bed and convertible sleeper sofa), bringing our total capacity to 15 guests (12 adults + 3 children). All mattresses are luxury high quality memory foam. There are 6 full bathrooms.

Expansive Living Space
Inside Alta Bella Villa, there are over 4000 square feet of air-conditioned luxury across four distinct living spaces. This includes the Main House with 4 bedrooms, the Pool Casita , the Ocean Casita as well as our exclusive Nordic Spa with Fitness Center.

Luxurious Living Room
Take in stunning ocean views through the large sliding glass doors. After a day of adventure, relax to entertainment with an 85-inch flatscreen TV with premium surround sound Sonos system. There are also PlayStation 5 and Xbox One (with DVD player) gaming consoles, complete with a library of top-rated games. There is also cable TV with all of the sports channels and an AppleTV loaded with subscription services and our shared library of nearly 1,000 movies.

Gourmet Kitchen and Dining
Our spacious kitchen is perfect for entertaining, featuring quartz countertops, high-end Café appliances and top quality cookware. Enjoy meals inside Alta Bella with our large dining table or our stylish island, while watching a 65-inch TV with a Sonos sound system with another AppleTV as above.. There is also a high tech Reverse Osmosis water purification system (at the kitchen sink) to provide the cleanest drinking water as well as a 5 gallon purified water dispenser.

Six Bedrooms
Six beautiful bedrooms await inside Alta Bella, including a Main suite (King bed + convertible sleeper chair + walk-in closet) with breathtaking water views. The other three bedrooms (4 Queen beds) in the Main House feature modern amenities, while the Ocean Casita (King bed + full kitchen + convertible sofa) and Pool Casita (King Bed) offer luxury, privacy and stunning ocean views. All mattresses are luxury high quality memory foam. Each bedroom has a Dohm white noise machine with complimentary sleep masks.

Premier Nordic Spa Oasis
Indulge in our Nordic Spa (hot/cold) with a 2-person Clearlight infrared sauna with red light therapy and temperature controlled cold plunge therapy. The spa also includes a fitness center with a Peloton bike, Rogue assault bike, Concept 2 SkiErg, Versaclimber, adjustable dumbbells and kettlebells and pull-up rack and bench.

Whether inside Alta Bella or outside enjoying the other amenities, stay seamlessly connected even if power or internet unexpectedly goes out on island. Our Tesla solar and battery system helps to keep uninterrupted power. Additionally, our fast internet is backed by a multi-WAN router with triple-redundancy from two local providers and one by satellite.

Book your wellness routine at Alta Bella Villa.  Our Nordic Spa and Fitness Center is located onsite and is exclusively for our guests of Alta Bella Villa.  It includes an initial orientation, daily towel service as well as cleaning and maintenance service.
