"This was our first experience at a spa resort, and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here. The staff was fantastic—exceptionally friendly and welcoming from start to finish! The spa was wonderful, with skilled professionals delivering outstanding massages and skin treatments. We enjoyed it so much that we booked eight treatments during our stay. The food and dining options were excellent, and the resort itself is beautiful and easy to navigate. The beach is just a short walk from the property, with attentive, welcoming staff on hand. Overall, we absolutely loved our time here. There were just a few minor drawbacks. The mattresses were a bit too firm for our comfort, and the swimming pools were quite cold, which made swimming less enjoyable. Additionally, there were a lot of ants in the room, so we had to be cautious not to leave food out. While this was a bit unusual, the cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the room fresh each day. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we would certainly recommend it!"

"Pene rom men veldig lytt ut til gangen. Maten var dessverre veldig dårlig - ingen krydder / smaker og mye av det samme hver dag. Brusen smaker klor og vinen eddik, og alt må bestilles i baren ved bassenget som for det meste er bemannet av en person som skal servere drinker, is, brus og øl så det er lange køer. Stranden er et stort pluss, fresht sted og god mat i buffeten på dagtid "

"Oppholdet var helt forferdelig aircondition fungerte ikke det var dårlig luft, ballong døra var veldig vanskelig å få opp. Håndkle ble ikke byttet hverdag. Vi fant kakerlakk i soverommet å måtte ringe hele 3 ganger før resepsjonen sendte noen ned til rommet vårt, det er et veldig fin hotell men servicen er ikke bra."

"A really friendly, welcominng and serviceminded staff makes all the difference and saves our view on our stay. Food was good, Italian a la carte was great. Lota of stairs was a bit tricky with a pram. We got the wrong room upon arrival. Next day we got a new family room, in the old part of the hotel. This was so unleveled that the pram had to be parked with the break on not to roll to the other end of the room. The shower was in the tub, not ideal travelling with small children and grandma at 79. Waterslide in the pics was not there anymore. The - per now - unfinished kids area on top of the hill will probably be great when finished. Exercise room did not exist either. Maitenence needed all over. Missing locks and handle on the toilets by the pool, cracks, broken umbrellas and almost everyone was missing pins to put them up... again saved by friendly staff that helped as best they could. Broken shutters in the room, missing plug for the tub, AC living its own life... "
