«We spent 3 nights in 2 over-water bungalows…4 generations ages 2 to 85. The houses were well equipped and maintained. Beds were comfy, tvs were great for nighttime watching. The front porch was a great place to hang out, eat, etc. my only suggestion is maybe put a rope ‘net’ at the end of the floating piers between the houses to make them a little safer for little children. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend a visit for this unique experience.»

«We had a great time at Sir Whelk-A-Lot! It was the perfect little cottage for our family of 6 and we will definitely come back!Our older boys really enjoyed having their own space upstairs, although you have to be really careful on the short, steep, carpeted stairs to the room. We had several slips when coming down. The location is great! Lots of stuff in town was within walking distance and the fact that bikes were included made everything but the beach easily accessible. «The location is great. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus extras. The rear porch was heavily utilized for morning coffee watching wildlife over the water (lots of birds, deer, and a visit from a muskrat) and evening relaxing. «We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for a couple located within 10-15 minutes of all the popular spots on the island.
