There were downstairs bedrooms for grandparents, an excellent games room for the children and adults, an extra long dining table so we could all eat together an lovely garden. It was very clean. «Loved the place, really handy having access to our own spa facilities, the hot tub was a definite winner for us. Gary was really quick and helpful with answers to any questions we had. «We had a great time away with close friends at this property. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. «The property it is located in not a very promising area with not a safe neighbourhood (had the police chasing some gangs for drugs). The interior of the property though, it is quite nice. As expected for £20 /per night( in our case). Fortunately it was very clean, with no weird smells. It is not freshly painted but reasonable condition. «Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem frisch renovierten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es wurde sogar nach einer Woche die Wäsche gewechselt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Strand sind es 10 min Fußmarsch. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen Pub, Restaurants und einen empfehlenswerten Imbiss. «Lovely home, lots of space and the backyard is very quaint. My friends and I rented this for an event happening in the area locally and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the location and overall home was. It all felt very new. My only recommendation would be to make sure if you’re from outside UK to be sure to bring your own converter adapters and note that there’s no floor length mirror (we had events to dress up for). The property manager was very quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay. ...
