For long-term rentals in winter, electricity is charged separately according to consumption. The pool and central heating are always charged separately at a flat rate.
Pollença golf club is only two kilometres away, while the beaches of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are only a ten-minute drive from the town.
