«Best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities (SPA, restaurants and ski services). Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift). Outdated rooms. Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)»

«Every yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. »

«Spent 4 nights at MPM Sport Hotel in February. The hotel has a great location next to the gondola and in the main street with resturants and bars. My room had a balcony with a view to the bottom of the ski road and I did not notice any noice from the outside. Good breakfast and nice spa area. Would defenitly reccomend this hotel to guests visiting Bansko. »

«The Hotel Elegant Lux is in a great location just a few minutes from the ski gondola and the many bars and restaurants around town. It has a shuttle bus to and from the gondola.
