«Carpets were stained and filthy. However, property management has them professionally cleaned during our stay. They were expectedly damp afterwards so it limited our time inside unit. Beds hard and difficult to physically get into (loft).»

«Black mold in shower glass, bathroom sink Had only drizzle of water., outside light reported not working, not fixed after 4 days, dangerous. Furniture not as pictured. Double bed was taller than dining room table(32 inches) and SO soft difficult to stay in bed. Love this complex, this was bad.»

«TV did not work. When I phoned the contact she said that should have been included in pre-check-in information. There was no hot water in bathroom sink. No way to regulate heat in the apartment. Bed was way too soft and I had neck problems from sleeping on it. I think I should get a discount, given all these problems. Please let me know.»
