«The Bank Street Bungalow was more than we expected. Very clean and cozy. It felt like home. We loved everything about it. Liz even contacted Mother Nature and had her deliver 5” of snow!!! We had a great weekend walking around Mt Airy (Mayberry) and hanging out in the house. Liz was a great host. She was very responsive to all my messages and kept me up-to-date on the weather before our arrival. Her husband even shoveled the driveway before we arrived so we could park. «Perfect for our weekend stay. Close to everything we needed and wanted to see. Walking distance to McDonald's and a couple stores. 2 bedrooms with 2 comfortable queen beds. 1 bathroom that has a tub/shower. Small refrigerator but it worked for us. The only thing we missed having was access to the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again. »

«Four sisters from Montana, Houston, Atlanta and Floyd - and we enjoyed a long weekend with the leaves changing, fun in Floyd and driving the Blue Ridge Pkwy! The property was gorgeous and we had had plenty of room! The sunrises in the back were picture perfect- the kitchen was well outfitted, spotless! We hope to return! »

«We went to Mount Airy for our anniversary get away. This home was perfect for us. Everything was so clean and perfectly maintained. I don’t think there is one thing they didn’t think of. We didn’t get to go out to too many places as it snowed quite a bit, but we had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked, extra blankets/throws, plenty of towels. «We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one was the best one ever! Debbie is an amazing host and her place was amazing, too! Our stay started the day after Christmas, and we were greeted with not one but two fully decorated lit Christmas trees! The kitchen was also stocked with snacks, drinks and everything you could possibly want after a long drive. We will be back again soon! Thank you for the warm Fancy Gap hospitality!!»

«My partner and I loved the privacy of this location, and how little light and sound pollution there was! It was very cold in December while we were there, but there were blankets for us to use, and the bed was incredible comfortable. A wonderful stay!»
