«The communication would had been easier if they didn’t only used Zalo. We were lucky our cousin joined us to communicate as she had Zalo. There was no one at the desk as stated. We asked security guard questions. The firework show was nice from our rooms. The 2nd room took longer to get ready but we had our first room. The people were very nice. »

«Great Location sir you are visiting the Aquatic Park and doing the Cable Car Ride. This apartment had the perfect view of the nightly shows and fireworks. The sunset was incredible. What was not so great it the area itself is dead, there is no vibe or atmosphere. 95% of the buildings remain empty so if you like a little hustle bustle and a more authentic experience only stay here 1 or 2 nights max. «Nhân viên rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ thông tin du lịch, dịch vụ cho mình. Gần khách sạn cũng có vài quán ăn, tạp hóa nên cũng không phải lo đi xa để mua đồ, ăn uống. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn vẫn chưa được chu đáo lắm. Mình tới nhận phòng rồi mà đồ dùng trong phòng vẫn chưa được chuẩn bị. Có bữa đang tắm thì hết nước nóng. Ở đây hơi nhiều muỗi, côn trùng nên tối là phải đóng cửa cẩn thận. Hy vọng khách sạn sẽ sớm cải thiện những điều trên thì sẽ tuyệt vời. »

«Actually, we reserved 3 nights but have no choice but to leave after one night. 1. Management: - So many big spiders, mosquitos, and other bugs. The spiders we saw in the room are found to be venomous from the internet. We could not sleep because of many mosquitos.
