While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:

1-7 Nights: additional $25/night
8-29 Nights: additional $200
30+ Nights: additional $300

We do not have a weight limit, however, there are breed restrictions: Alaskan Mala Mute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Show Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherds, Husky Breeds, Pit Bull Breeds, Presa Canario's, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid

There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee.

We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property.

I don't think the games are even necessary in the living room, they just block the views. This was used for a conference, and it was great.

Amazing views from every room my only complaint would be the grill needs to be fixed and the pool table needs to be releveled and refelted due to someone sitting on it the slate has come apart
