«The property owner was responsive and accommodating. There was an ice storm during our stay and he checked in on us a couple times. The house was clean and well maintained. It is perfectly located a short drive to Woodstock, hiking trails, and the town of Phoenicia. We are already planning our next stay!»

«The condo was lovely, exactly as advertised. I took two of my teens on a two day ski trip and we had a great time. The only complaint I have, and this is beyond the owner's control, is that the upstairs neighbors were stomping and running around throughout the night, until 5am when I had to find a broom and bang on the ceiling to 'ask' them to stop. Thankful to have found the broom, shouldn't have waited till 5am to use it ;)»
