We arrived Saturday, March 22,2025 at 4pm to check in room #614 was given, I paid in advance check-in was seamless...
My husband and I entered room 614, 1st glance it was dark,dreary & drab,chairs,beddingv were modern but everything was off,only window was no view,seeing nothing but walls,shower had no safety bar inside for entrance or exit..not safe at all , my husband & I have chronic pain, degenerative rheumatoid arthritis & he is 2year kidney tranplant patient,we need to feel safe,we did not..
I write this poor review,because my soft complaint became an unfavorable written review because the the desk clerk listened at check-out my list of complaints, her response, the room was a standard room...
I think management should know that I was not aware a standard room doesn't include basic,proper lighting,working refrigerator, it took a minute to get cold,it was dated...the valet,hotel desk clerk & maintenance guy were nice,professional,however we left the Cambria feeling disappointed, $328 plus fees for a standard room was fine ,$66 overnight parking,$6.00 credit card fee is gouging if you feel the overnight stay was less than satisfactory...my next stay at hotel must include, proper lighting, working tv,a room with that allows guest to rest without calling maintenance for a 1 night stay....
