Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. «Very large property, lots of space in kitchen/diner and two living rooms, plus utility room. Family party of seven seniors, felt very at home here. Kitchen had just about everything, you just had to find where things were. Four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin bedded. Onsuite bathroom with the master bedroom. «Overnight stay in Peterborough to catch a show at the New Theatre which is 5 minutes walk up the road. Checked in with ease, friendly lady to greet us, check in was super quick. «There was really little to recommend this property. There was an appalling smell in the bathroom (presumably from the drains) which permeated into the lounge area. The area wasn't very nice. It was up two flights of stairs which wasn't easy for me to cope with. There was an issue on check-in as the email that was sent an hour before did not correspond to the actions required for the parking space and we had to ring up about it.
