«Endroit calme et reposant avec un beau parc, piscine et jacuzzi. La maison est grande, mais le ménage n'a jamais été fait. Vitres, rideaux jamais nettoyés, la cuisine est crasseuse, de la graisse et de la crasse depuis plusieurs années. Nous avons du faire des barbecues, aller au restaurant et acheter des plats préparés pour ne pas utiliser la cuisine. Tuyau du gaz périmé depuis 2020, store électrique dégueulasse, nous avons utilisé le parasol neuf. Dommage car l'endroit, la maison, piscine, ...

«A great property,very comfortable,needs a little TLC. Very well equiped kitchen,a great fridge,we had lovely evenings in front of the fire with our after dinner aperitif. A very relaxing oasis ,we all had great sleeps. Convienient location for exploring the Bordeau area. Easy train connection to Bordeau city,and very close to a great supermarket in Montpon. «Rien à redire sur la maison et son emplacement très au calme. Aucun bruit pas de voisin, et un très bel espace jardin avec piscine et beaucoup de coins sympas avec du mobilier extérieur. L'équipement de la maison est très complet notamment la cuisine ou encore le Braséro pour les BBQ. Je pense que nous pourrions la louer à nouveau. Merci pour l'accueil Corinne.»

«This is a great place to relax. The house is in a beautiful part of rural France, a very short distance from the Dordogne River, and we had a great time. The outdoor dining area is great for family meals, you will not even have to use the kitchen as there is a cooker, sink, fridge and dishwasher, as well as BBQs right besides the pool. The house will comfortably sleep 14, but one slight issue is the lack of air conditioning in the single dowmstairs bedroom, not an issue for us, as we all slept ...

«The property is beautiful and the setting is extremely tranquil and restful. The house has absolutely everything that you need for a prolonged stay and with a car is conveniently located for grocery shopping etc. The area is absolutely beautiful and the wines are very good. «The booking took place through Vrbo and then onwardly directed to Belvilla - no issues and worked well. House is a little dated but very well appointed as a rental property.
