«This property is centrally located in Mapleton which makes for easy access to local areas of interest. The rental property is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It is spacious and the beds were quite comfortable; the kids loved having the bunkbed. Any issues that popped up (needing dishwasher soap, updated wifi password, etc.) were quickly resolved by Kodey. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this space to anyone.»

«This was my first time using Vrbo. The home was clean, cozy, and had the amenities that we needed. It is in a quiet and clean neighborhood. The property is short driving distance to everything Provo has to offer. Now onto the host. Diane was fantastic. Kind and very helpful. She had notes in the home with information related to the stay. She was very communicative and stopped by to say hello. I could not recommend booking with her enough. »

«It’s a nice sized apartment to stay in. It has a good sized kitchen and bathroom. The bed was extremely firm and isn’t the most comfortable. We really liked the bowling alley. I wish it would have had some sort of guest book that detailed the amenities, where they’re located and the hours opened. They’re all located in the leasing office. »

«We are 50 something’s, empty nesters with ties to the university so we may be a bit critical in our feedback. The location was great, typical student housing so it felt a bit collegiate for us. The garage and exterior was aged and could use a clean/facelift. The interior was clean, nice bathroom and kitchen. Furniture and rugs need a deep cleaning. Shower faucet did not lift all the way thus reducing the water volume flowing from shower head. Bed was ok, seemed well worn. Head board was ...

«Terrific property with very nice and well equipped rooftop patio - fire pit, jacuzzi and griddle. High end appliances, convenient charging plugs for devices. Great location with easy walkable access to Center Street. Should note that stairs are required. Only small issue was limited storage space in bedrooms. »

«My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this studio. The reason i didn’t give it 5 stars is because the loft bed is very wobbly and the ladder to get up is very insecure. We ended up using only the sofa bed for the both of us to stay safe. Very peaceful, clean place. Easy to access and close to everything.»

«We rented the property for a festival we attended in Salt Lake City. Orem was a very lovely town and was easy to navigate. The location of the home is very close to the highway making it very convenient going to other cities in the area. The home it self was clean however the back yard and carport area could use some care. There is a couple of steps to get into the home and could benefit a handrail being added. All three beds could use new mattresses. Overall the property good. It meet our needs ...
