«3 day weekend. A. Great kitchen with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We were able to cook a lot. Fun. Upstairs was huge. Living area with a TV and a separated bedroom area. Nice bathroom as well. If the weather had been nicer (warmer) it is 1/2 a block from the Roger Williams park so a great place for walks and/or bike rides. Walgreens & CVS at the beginning of the street. Close to lots of things. We will be back again. TY to Steve for a great place and making things easy.»

«A very well appointed and clean home. Kitchen was well equipped for my wife's preparation of dishes for Thanksgiving. Has Google assistant devices. In a nice neighborhood only two blocks from the water. Would consider staying here again. The only reason we rated cleanliness at a four was because the kitchen cabinets and stovetop were as clean as they could be. Otherwise, the home was very clean.»

«This home was perfect! The bunk room is on the same floor at the other beds, so good if you have small kiddos like we do. The screened in porch, the access to the water. The covered area under the porch… and an outdoor shower!! Here’s hoping we can come back in the summer!!!! 4 adults and 5 little under 7, and that laundry room perfect for the wet towels and bathing suits from the jacuzzi!! 11/10! Thank you hosts! «Very nice property Only suggestion would be in kichen.no measuring cups , mixer and dish drying rack next to sink. Am a cook and those cheap simple Things make a big deal. Minor but your stuck when you dont have it. A couple doesnt always use dishwasher . A rack would be handy__ I»

«We were in town for a funeral with Perry McStay, St Luke’s and The Old Grist Mill being the gathering points. The location of this property was perfect for traveling between these venues. The bedrooms were spacious and offered each family member privacy, while the common areas gave us space for conversations and visiting.The host/hostess was readily available for any questions and returned all messages in a timely fashion. Having the grocery store, CVS, and some restaurant choices in walking ...
