The Vineyard View Dome House provides a unique, comfortable, and memorable backdrop. Tranquil and secluded, yet a mere five miles from downtown Paso and just a short drive to wineries, the panoramic view from this private hilltop estate is breathtaking year-round.

The Dome’s soaring interior space features stunning skylights and an open wrap-around balcony on the second floor. This rare geodesic dome designed by Buckminster Fuller is appointed with mid-century furniture, eclectic antiques, and carefully curated artwork from all over the world.

We are a SELF-CHECK-IN vacation rental. Once you have a confirmed reservation you will receive an email with your check-in details.

There are groundskeepers that live on-site in the small dome guest house past the end of the driveway. There is no shared common space. They will not interact with you and are not involved in the vacation rental, only with the property itself.

In addition to the Vineyard Dome House, we have our flagship property, Inn Paradiso, across town. We have separate listings for The Lodge at Inn Paradiso. The property also features the Antonin Gaudí Suite, Leonora Carrington Suite and the Artist Studio.

The Dome sits on a private hill reached by a single private drive.

Although there is no central air, nearly each room has an AC mini-spilt with its individual controller to keep the climate comfortable and controlled.

The Dome House is perched up on a hill that gives you the most breathtaking views to wake up to! The natural light floods into the octagon from all directions, making the mornings bright and cheerful. With a property as unique as this, rising with the sun and sipping coffee on the patio overlooking a private valley of vineyards becomes part of the experiential stay. And for those that aren’t early risers, we recommend packing an eye mask for sleeping in.

We are a dog friendly property. We love dogs and want to share our property with your whole family, fur-children included. We ask pet owners to please take into consideration other guests as well as our property. All doggy waste must be immediately collected and disposed of in trash cans by the pet owner. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $100 per dog per stay. In event of unusual damage caused by the dog, the dog owner will be charged accordingly. Under no circumstances may dogs be left unattended on the property. In the event a dog is left unattended on the property or in the accommodations, a nonnegotiable fee of $500 per dog per incident will be charged.
