«Property is at the top of a hill but does mean you get some stunning views. Was perfect for us as we didn’t leave too much and have to hike up again, there is grocery stores accessible without going down. Kitchen facilities were great, although there was sometimes a queue for the bathroom as showers are not separate. The rooms were great although quite hot as no AC. Communication with staff was great online and we didn’t see very much of them.»

«Nothing Royal about it. Not recommended for families especially who have a problem with noise. The rooms are next to a busy road and so all night we had to bear with noisy traffic. Thats God we were there for a night. Beds were old and so squeaking was a norm getting on and off it. No room temperature adjustment so can get too cold. Not 24/7 reception so cant complain really to anyone. Not worth the money.»

«Alessia is a fantastic host! We ended up checking in a bit late, but she met us with a smile and presented us with a spot free apartment. The cleanliness was immaculate both inside and out, and the outdoors area is a different level than we have experienced at much more expensive hotels. The view from the deluxe room is incredible! Will definitely stay again!»

«Juste de passage à Gênes pour une nuit, j'avais besoin d'un hôtel accessible et pratique, en centre-ville pour pouvoir découvrir la ville avant de poursuivre mon voyage. L'hôtel présente l'avantage d'être très proche du port historique et de la vieille ville. L'emplacement eat idéal. Le quartier est animé jusque tard dans la nuit. L'accueil est très sympa et très disponible. »

«Es stand keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Parkplatz in der Nähe hat 2 Euro/ Stunde gekostet. Sehr schade, da ich diesen Aufenthalt nur wegen Parkplatz gebucht habe. Ich musste sehr lange nach dieser Wohnung suchen, da es dort keine Beschilderung gab (man muss da anrufen, und die kommen dich abzuholen). Also das ist bloß eine private Wohnung. Dafür ist der Preis definitiv zu hoch. Und die sprechen kein Deutsch. Wir haben nur sehr viel Zeit mit diesem Aufenthalt verschwunden. »

«My stay was good , had a great time. Think people staying should be made aware that rooms are on the 6th floor & there's not a lift to them. Also breakfast wasn't the best but there's plenty of places to go to nearby so not that much of an issue. »

«We would give villa Ucelli 100/10. It was the most beautiful location!! The owner Franco was delightful, and the property manager Nikola was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to Paraggi beach, Portofino, and Santa Margherita. The public bus is located just down the hill for easy riding to Santa Margherita & Portofino. Amazing location. restaurants, people, beaches - absolutely loved it!! »

«Nous avons passé un bon séjour de 2 nuits à la Casa Rosa. L’appartement tout rénové est confortable. Il manque peut être quelques petits équipements comme une passoire ou des bols. Par contre, il n’y avait pas de prise de recharge pour voiture électrique alors que nous l’avions choisi aussi pour cela. Dommage.»
