Denne oppføringen er for en leilighet på The Summit Beach Resort, og ligger rett langs verdens vakreste strender og innen gangavstand til flotte restauranter, en golfbane og andre familieattraksjoner. Summit Beach Resort tilbyr gjester fasiliteter som to store svømmebassenger, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob's Restaurant, boblebad, rasteplasser med grill, tennisbaner, en basketballbane, tre shuffleboardbaner og et treningssenter. I løpet av sommeren kan barna glede seg over Resort Collection's Adventure Zone-aktiviteter på stedet, inkludert fanfavoritt Dive-In-filmer på bassengdekket i skumringen. Family vaca
We were able and to check in early, which is always nice. The cleaning crew went above and beyond. The towels folded in animal shapes were a nice touch. The wrap around balcony had a perfect view of the sunset. Some of the light switches were oddly placed and controlled tv along with lights, which was challenging at night. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Overall 10/10

The stay was good the place was nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems with our stay only thing I would say maybe the place could be a lil tyke more renovated and the beds squeaked the pull out coach could’ve been better the mattered topper wasn’t the best and the Murphy bed was not really cleaned however this is a good place for young people

Amazing stay
Our stay was amazing and the best. They allowed us to check in 4 hours earlier then our check in time. the cleaning company so super nice. the room was very clean and had more room then we expected.

Disappointed
Condo was dirty!! I have pics! Hardly any cook wear, not one shape knife. The cook wear was in horrible condition.Dirt and dead bugs in cabinets. Some one else’s dirty clothes in the bathroom. The comforter in master bedroom was very dirty with spots on it that we didn’t want to even touch! No hot water I. The kitchen sink. I can go on forever . We rent a lot and this was the worst rental ever. The master bathroom had mold and mildew on tiles ceiling’s and shower curtain.

OVERALL IT WAS OKAY
Beds slept good, view was great! A/C couldn’t be regulated so we woke up sweating during the night. You should be able to regulate the air condition to what you want when it’s as hot as it is outside in Florida. Shower curtain in master needs to be updated. There was mildew in the master shower/curtain and wall as well as someone’s toothpaste on the floor.

Spring Break 2023
Overall, the condo was great. The kitchen was a little tight when the murphy bed is pulled down. There were dirty towels in the condo when we checked in but housekeeping came and took care of it. There was limited hot water when showering. But besides a few flaws a perfect location!

We enjoyed are stay and had plenty for room for 5 people
We did find a few unwanted bugs in kitchen. This is the first place we have rented that did have anything extra in kitchen (salt, pepper and aluminum foil) and the first time we could not sit out on the balcony to eat plus limited seating outside and in.

All around great time. Issue with bugs in condo.
We have stayed at The Summit for the past 2yrs at different condos. The experience is always great and this stay was nothing short of that! Only issue was we had a lot of small bugs throughout the condo. Not a huge deal as we spent most of our time on the beach, but enough to become a nuisance after a week there. All in all and great trip!

Roaches& Mold
This place was infested with roaches& there was mold in the bathrooms! The dryer had so much lint in the filter it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in atleast 6 months. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I will never stay here again!!

Bugs in the room
Roach bugs in kitchen and living room. not just a few. A lot of roaches. Floors were covered with sand and not mopped. Hair in bathrooms. We spent 2 hours cleaning when we checked in. Overall cleanliness of 801 at Summit was terrible

Major issue not fixed during stay- property manager never responded
When we arrived there were several minor things such as sheets, towels, and pillows that were given to us once asked for. However, the major issue that was mentioned was never resolved. I sent several messages over the week and no response was ever given. We originally reached out and asked about the cleanliness issue before booking. We were told the issue had been resolved, so we went ahead and booked a weeks stay. Overall, the condo was fairly clean but many things such as chairs, lamps, and the dishwasher were broken. This was the MAJOR issue, the dishwasher. After a day at the beach we came up to the room to cook. However, as soon as you opened up the dishwasher, it smelled of rotten fish. We ran it but it did not help much. There was a pool of stagnant water at the bottom, which seemed to be causing part of the issue. Therefore we washed everything by hand because who wants to wash with stinky unclean water. We did this for the entire week we stayed there. Yes, ever plate, utensil, and pan was washed by hand! However, things did get worse! By day 4, the water would no longer drain in the sink. Food was backed up as the garbage disposal would not work either. Now we have stagnant water in the sink. I again received no response and this problem was never fixed during our stay. Each day the smell got worse. By the day we left, you did not want to be near the kitchen. I find it interesting that when I asked how to pay, I immediately got a response. But when there is a problem while we are staying in the condo for a week, we heard nothing. We enjoyed our stay at the Summit but we will not be staying in this room again.

Family vacation
The condo was a basic 2 bedroom, but the location was immaculate. Although the condo is older, it was updated and you couldn't tell it's age by the inside. The first thing we noticed when we got there was that there are only 2 elevators for the entire building. This caused a huge issue with our party because we had members that are immuno compromised and they had to walk 8 floors upstairs and my mom had knee surgery less than a month before so walking the stairs wasn't even an option. Even when these 2 elevators went down (which they did). The room looked clean, but the ceiling fans were covered with dust and there was an old box of cereal (from another guest) hidden in the bed in the bed in the kitchen. The sink in the first bathroom was clogged the entire stay. We called maintenance and they said they would send someone but that never happened. So we told the front desk. They told us that they had nothing to do with the condo that we were staying in. Any issue we had and asked for help from the front desk, we were told they couldn't help us for one reason or another. It was disheartening. And the sink stayed clogged the whole time. The only tv that worked when we got there was the living room tv. I had to purchase batteries for the remote in the main bedroom just to be able to hook my laptop to it in order to watch anything because the roku remote was missing. We got the roku remote in the smaller bedroom to work, but only because my sister got online and had to pay to get it to work. Some people eventually came in and put new roku's in the bedrooms, but it still didn't work in the main bedroom. The elevator was really the biggest concern for us. The other things were easily ignored, especially with the fantastic view! The beach was only a few steps away. I loved how we had the option to rent jet skis, ride banana boats, or parasail and rent chairs and umbrellas all through the resort. They had a restaurant, tiki bar, convenience store, snow cone stand all right there on the property. So the tv issues were easily looked over. They were working on getting at least one more elevator working (a third) while we were there. That will be extremely helpful. I enjoyed the vacation. The resort was the perfect location and extras that were on the resort made it so that we hardly ever had to leave.

Wont ever stay again
Room was filthy, like it’d never been cleaned. Mold in bathrooms, old food in oven, dirty bedding, dirty floors. I sent multiple emails to property management and still have yet to hear back. Beds/mattresses were old and outdated. Horrible experience and will never book or recommend this room.

Great PCB vacation!
The property was as advertised! Great location! Beautiful beach view! We really had a wonderful time! The trip was enjoyable, relaxing & memorable for our family! A few hiccups…. The cleanliness wasn’t near what I expected for the price I paid! There was mold in the bathroom on the baseboards & on the shower curtain! The floors had to be swept the moment we got there & there was food crumbs on the countertops! There were also water bottles, dirty socks, trash under the beds, inside the pullout couch! There was a good amount of broken glass on the floor inside & on the balcony! Had water heater leak, which wasn’t addressed as quickly as promised “first thing in the morning” was actually late afternoon! Other than needing to clean the minute we got there, it was an very enjoyable vacation!

Wouldn’t recommend
Nice room. Just very, very dirty. We had our doubts about staying here after reading reviews on the condo but decided to stay anyways because we figured the issues would be taken care of by the time our trip came around since we booked months in advanced. Needless to say we were wrong. The room was filthy. The oven had crumbs and some sort of sauce smeared all over it. Hair was all over the floor and in the beds, so we know the sheets had not been washed. Our main concern was there were some reviews about roaches being in the room. We were told that the issue had been taken care of and it was clearly not. There were roaches all in the kitchen, and even saw a couple in the bathroom. So, we had to make sure to not leave any food of any sort laying out and had to wash any type of dishes before we used them. The shower in the master bathroom will flood the floor every time you use it, so the floor will be soaked. Nice room, just needs a really good deep clean. And I mean a very deep clean.

The Summit in PCB.
Easy online booking, great pics, great area, easy check in. However, the unit was not properly cleaned. I spent the entire first day of vacation cleaning the unit, and buying clean sheets. The comforter in the master bedroom is not the right size at all. The large wrap around balcony was a delight, and the views were amazing. The food at the tiki bar was very tasty as well. The spring breakers were in full force, but we expected it, just not the vomit coming over the balcony a few floors above. The beaches and the views are absolutely breath-taking and the rates were excellent compared You’re dehydrated and electrolytes and sodium but it’s hard to get your water in here with the bathroom issue you can’t go enough I mean and that’s bad really I did have I had some at lunch that I haven’t I mean I haven’t had enough today either at all

Family Spring Break Stay
The property is nice, we have stayed at The Summit multiple times and love it. However, this unit 801, was very dirty. Hair balls in the corners of the floor, mold in the shower, floors alhavent been swept or mopped in some time. You had to wear your shoes in condo or feet were samdy and black from dirt. The beds had sand in them. The sliding door is not sealed properly so you can hear the wind whipping through. There was dust built up on the bedroom walls nd ceiling fans. We loved everything, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.

Worst stay I’ve ever experienced!
Let’s start at the beginning, from day one we arrived and immediately noticed our room was not clean. In the bathrooms there was other people’s hairs and the floors were not clean. After road trip we all wanted showers so in the guest bathroom the water from the faucet just pours out and there is not very much pressure from shower head and then will fill up the tub before your finished with shower and slowly drains, in the master bathroom there was then no hot water left since it all poured out. Upon trying to reach out to anyone it was later and no one replied. The next morning we had the number to call so after multiple tries we finally got thru to a very sarcastic lady who told us she put in the invoice. Upon our check in instructions it stated that if house keeping or repairs had to come you had to be gone from the room for atleast 4 hours. So we left and when we got back no one had came… we have checked out now and no one ever came! So we went to the store for cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves (bought brand new mop because the one’s we found was disgusting with mud caked on it) the new mop was black by the time we finished. Then while trying to do dishes the sink would flood the kitchen. Multiple times had to clean that. There was roaches in the condo. The master bedroom bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. To say the least we were very dissatisfied with our stay the only positive of this condo was the beach view… this has been the worst we have ever stayed at and will most definitely not be back… the resort itself was on the older side and there was strip club across the street and the elevator would stop working. Do not stay here you will be disappointed and they don’t care!
