Palazzo is a highly sought-after resort in West Panama City Beach. Here, you will be only moments from all the excitement in the area, such as Pier Park, Gulf World, and Frank Brown Park. The resort is directly beachfront, and once on the sand, you will have access to jet ski and chair rentals, volleyball, and much more. The resort offers a shared gym and pool, as well as covered parking.

This updated and tasteful rental offers one bedroom, a bunk room, and two full bathrooms. The open layout offers beach views from nearly every space and balcony access. Wonderful Vacation

Summer vacation
The room was good! Both bathroom toilets needed to be cleaned. Living room remote didn’t work. Kitchen was missing some key pieces for a family (no storage containers for leftovers, no pizza cutter). Some logistics of the condominiums (The Palazzo) were inconveniences for a family. There is no ramp from the deck to the beach. In fact, you have to go down 3 flights of stairs. If you have a wagon or cooler on wheels like we did that’s a lot of work getting down and managing your toddlers. Also, important to note the pool is not on same level with the beach. So to go between the 2 you are always using the 3 sets of stairs. Overall, the room was just as pictured.

Need of thorough cleaning on floors
The view was incredible. The accommodations were fine. I would suggest some simple additions, such as a hairdryer, at least two kitchen towels instead of just one along with a kitchen dish cloths at least every other day one of each is just not enough salt and pepper would’ve been nice again just some simple accommodations. The owners have a beautiful location and they could enhance it was just some simple extra touches.

Parking not clear
The property was great except the parking situation was not clear. The info sent about check in did not mention anything about having to pay $40.00 to park. I didn't bring my computer to be able to see the link to be able to fill out the parking info. My car almost got booted.

Great views!
The view was amazing! Everything was nice and clean, just a little outdated. The only thing I would change was the amount of furniture on the balcony. It's not the biggest balcony and having 3 sets of tables made it feel very crowded and that area wasn't very usable. But we would definitely stay here again!

Could Be Better
The unit needed a ton of updating and deep cleaning. The AC unit was off upon arriving and it had a musty smell. The kids bunk beds had mold under the mattresses. We slept on top of the comforters and linens because it was old and smelly. Floors were atrocious! It was grimey and you can just tell it needed a good scrub. Balcony flooring was never cleaned causing our feet to be black upon entering the unit. On top of that, there were 4 sets of furniture for the small balcony, which meant there was barely any room to walk! I think it’s a safety hazard to have that many on the balcony. Furniture was outdated. The master bed was noisy like it was getting ready to fall apart every time you moved to get in or out of the bed. The ottoman in living room had several tears. Area rug in the living room looked brown from never being properly cleaned. Previous renters hair was found in bathroom drawers of master. Master closet was also completely filled so there was no room for our things. The size, view, and location was great but we were not happy with cleanliness and appearance overall. Another huge issue was the small parking deck! Felt impossible to park with our big SUV.

The king size bed in the master bedroom sounded it like it was going to fall apart. It would move and rattle every time we turned over. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable! The sheets on the bed were very thin and had material pills on them. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couch which wasn’t very comfortable for two seventy year old senior citizens.

Great location
Overall the property was nice. The location was great. The west end of PCB is quieter and not overshadowed by the mega resorts. The views were beautiful with lovely sunrises and amazing sunsets. On the downside, the tile floors were filthy and the property manager had the whole unit steam cleaned since we were staying for a month. (Really appreciated that) the balcony was also very dirty and the patio tables were corroded and flaking. The biggest issue to us was that the kitchen was lacking in basic supplies and equipment. We purchased items from Goodwill and Walmart that we needed. But again, overall it was a good stay due to the location and spacious unit

Very nice room but dirty
It was nice overall but very dirty! There was hair all over the bed, hair in tub and shower also. We didn’t know that we had to check in our car with guest services and it was almost towed. Security will run you out of pool 5 minutes before closing. They were very strict. It’s a spacious and very nice room but need to get a better maid and make sure to note in emails about parking.

Convenient Location with great views!
We enjoyed our stay in this property for our recent girls’ trip. The view is amazing and the property is in a less crowded area of PCB. It was also convenient to have the chairs and umbrella setup included. Very fast elevators were appreciated. The toilets and balcony floor could use a good cleaning and very minimal supplies are provided. Gate code we were given was incorrect, but we were able to quickly get the correct one.

We really enjoyed the stay in this condo. My kids loved the bunk room. The complex was fantastic. We received the wrong gate code in the email and were confused about the wristbands for the property as well as the parking pass but once we got all of that sorted out the stay was fantastic. We would definitely rent this condo again!
