«Da vi ankom hotellet i slutten av februar var lobbyen iskald, men betjeningen veldig hyggelig og serviceminded. Litt forvirrende med så mange personer å forholde seg til. Rommet var ok, sengene haddd dyner og litt harde puter. På badet var det limt fast sjampo-, såpe -og bodylotiondispensere..to falt ned første døgnet. En stor flaske vann i minibaren. «Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay.»

«The room was just about comfortable. However the wifi could have been stronger. The hotel was 3 star. The hotel food and staff were excellent. The hotel location is a 20 min (£15) each way taxi ride from the centre. Overall, we had a lovely time here and thank the staff and management for their kind service. «We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights. ...

«We traveled with an infant and a toddler and this was an over the top experience. Hotel was really nice, and unique. The room (Suite Deluxe) was of large, nice and comfortable. But the best of all was the people. The nicest personnel who always did the little extra to assist us and the kids all the time. Would also recommended the all-inclusive option. «We arrived the morning of my wife birthday and we wanted to dine in the speciality restaurant which was fully booked, Salah at the front desk was exceptional he got us into the restaurant and hat off to him for making her Birthday extremely special with all the surprises including an upgraded room , the restaurant staff singing happy birthday to her and surprising her with a birthday cake.Thanks a million. "The hotel is nice... BUT it's really badly runed. The staff does a really bad job, they only clean when you tell them, and the cleaning I really bad. The gym is poorly serviced and 0 of 3 treadmills were running. There is so much I could say that was under all expectations. But I don't want to use mor time on it. Book another hotel and do you self a servic.. "
