Our daughter was graduating from Florida Atlantic so we went with this real estate investment group property. «Great little spot! The property manager was very responsive. Place was immaculately clean and had a retro Hollywood/tropical LA. About 10 mins from Palm Beach/Flagler bridge and the action. In a quiet residential neighborhood. Very secure building, lots of automatic lights and cams on exterior. Reminded me of the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood a bit. not immediately walkable to stores, bars or restaurants.»

The communication with the owner was outstanding - we had a slight issue with the hot tub - I messaged him and he was incredibly responsive, apologetic and had the issue take care of within hours.
