«I recently stayed at Hotel Mirador Las Palmas and overall had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff made us feel welcome right from the start. The room was clean, although it did feel a bit dated. There was no air conditioning in the room, which could be an issue if you're staying during the hotter months. «On a covert busy road so a lot of traffic noise all night. Internal rooms face the atrium so not much better. Staff were very friendly and helpful though.»

«Nice hotel, good security with friendly staff and large and clean rooms. Booked a junior suite. Got room 302 wich was a bit smaller and different from the other rooms at the same floor, and had not the best room layout and lacked a sitting area presented at the pictures of the junior suite. The swimming pool at the top of the hotel was small, but it has a nice view. The food at the two restaurants was good.
