«The kitchen was basic, but had most everything you would need to do basic cooking. In-suite laundry was very convenient, although our dryer did not work well. Major grocery stores were nearby, but could most easily be accessed by car. The suite was spacious, up-to-date, and with good light and opening windows for fresh air. »

«The property it was excellent. I don’t have any excuse because it was nice nice and clean when I arrive the people they were nice speaking to me in my own language, but the only problem was very difficult to find the property. Maybe it was difficult for me because it’s the first time staying in the property maybe that’s why from there everything that was in excellent excellent conditions.»

«We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. There were also a couple of nit picky things: drain in tub was broken/does not plug (so you can only take a shower), vent/fan above stove does not work, conditioner bottle was ...

«City Haven II was very clean and comfy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and brought back food to cook at the rental. Felt just like home :) Although the street out front is super busy, the house is sound proof. Not only was it quiet, but the beds were extra comfortable- I slept like a baby! The host was very responsive too! We loved our stay!»

Had a car and it was a great central place for exploring, although note some sketchy neighborhoods nearby if you're wandering. «Well suited for what I needed. Check in was super easy and it was great to have the free parking so I could walk to places. The “den” is a tiny room off the kitchen with a bistro bench, really only suitable for laptop work, not for sleeping. Furniture was comfortable. A few more pots and pans and kitchen linens would be useful. »

«Great views from the 35th floor, looking NW towards downtown and the water. The location was ideal, near BC place and Rogers. Grocery options were really good with T&T and Costco close by. We enjoyed watching the mountains change with the light during sunrise and sunset. The pool area was bright and great for kids with consistent 3.5' pool depth. The condo was bright with enough room for 4 adults and 2 children. »

«I do not recommend this place for a casual visit to Seattle. It's very far from downtown and cost me an arm and a leg to uber everywhere. I'd have much rather spent that money on nicer/closer hotel. It's definitely an Extended Stay and the people staying there were not "other guests" - they were residents and I had an issue where one got too friendly with me and made me very uncomfortable and because it was a "hotel" he was able to call me and harass me on the room phone.
