«Very clean, small but well stocked kitchen, fantastic sitting room. Rachel was very welcoming and provided lots of useful info. Cley is a great place to stay. Would highly recommend. »

«The property was a bit unloved. No carpets anywhere, just felt cold. Mind the owner was very good, we struggled with the Tv and he got back to us, quickly and the problem got solved. »

«We absolutely loved the house and gardens. We wish we had booked longer to spend more time hanging out together there. Great for kids with the trampoline and large football pitch to run around on. Not far from the coast and lovely local villages + walks. Great to socialise in the evening in the different lounge areas and the hot tub was great! »

«The back bifold doors are broken so would not lock, the front locking door did not always open the door! The location is good as are the views. Just starting to look tired but overall good.»

«This is a lovely little cottage, very close to the sea. The only problem for me is that it does not have a shower and getting down into a bath is more difficult as I get older. Really needs wifi too.»

«The property is perfectly located for spending time on a wonderful sandy beach. In the evening, when the tide is in, you can hear the sea while sitting in the back garden. The kitchen is well equipped (we cooked dinner every evening and breakfast half the mornings). The cottage is being well maintained with some items clearly fairly new. «My patner and i stayed along with our 3 children who are 12, 15 and 17. Very close to the beach and Cromer is virtually on your doorstep, the house has everything you need for a stay away from home and is very clean. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.»
