«Second time staying here and the rooms are lovely and the location is incredible. There is long term construction on the beach near the property that was a surprise and very loud at 7am on a Saturday. It would’ve been nice to be made aware of that ahead of time. Also be aware that the hotel will charge you a hidden fee when you check in for “paper towels and toilet paper”. This seems petty after a pricey/night hotel fee.»

«The home is very clean and well stocked. We stayed for two nights for our Thanksgiving family celebration. The 6 bedrooms were comfortable and were provided plenty of places for us all to sleep. «The property itself was very close to the beach and main street which was great! Within walking distance there were so many shops, restaurants, cafes and activities so there was always something to do. The house had bikes, sand toys, boggy boards, and lots of towels for the beach. The only negative was that there wasn’t fans in every room in the house and the AC didn’t always get to the upstairs. «This was a reasonable property with a magnificent view. The location is perfect. Walkable both from the north and the south. And close to the free trolley stop. The room itself had everything we needed and was very clean, but could use some fresh paint in the bathroom. Bed was super comfy. Close to many 5 star restaurants. Beautiful sunsets over Catalina Island. I would have no hesitation in returning to this property again and again!»

«This place was ideally located. Close to everything you could ever need or want. It was clean, the beds were super comfy. The only cons are the road noise at night is pretty loud, with motorcycles constantly going by so loudly setting off car alarms. Also, the "plenty of street parking" isnt quite accurate.
