The apartment is located on the first floor of a house situated on a pedestrian street. The entrance opens onto the living area, featuring an independent kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals and a living room furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a TV. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with two single beds, one of which is pull-out, a bedroom with a single bed, both bedrooms with access to a small balcony with a coffee table, and one with a queen-size bed and a splendid lake view. A bathroom with shower completes the layout..

Lake Como covers an area of 146 km², its characteristic inverted Y shape is given by the three branches: north Colico, south-east Lecco and south-west Como. The climate is generally mild and humid, favoring the growth of a rich and varied vegetation. Picturesque and characteristic are the villages overlooking the waters of Lake Como.
